The Bayswater Residents’ Association covers the area between Westbourne Grove (including Newton Road) and Bayswater Road and between Queensway (west side) and Chepstow Place/Ossington Street.

The wider area
Bayswater extends beyond the BRA area, extending to Edware Road to the east, and the A40 Westway in the south. The western boundary borders Notting Hill and to the south the area is borderded by Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. All of Bayswater sits in the London Borough of Westminster.
Importantly the eastern area of Bayswater is covered, in terms of a Residents’ Association by SEBRA, the South-East Bayswater Residents’ Association. You can read all about SEBRA on their website.
