There is a major proposal to renovate the old dairy at 31 St Petersburgh Place, recently a marketing suite for the Whiteley, home to a Guillam Coffee house and a private office tenant.

Alice Meynell at Palace Court

47 Palace Court, which at the time of writing is undergoing conversion by FNFC Architects into four flats, was built in 1888-89 for the Meynell family.

The Meynells, Alice and Wilfrid, were important figures in the London literary world, as were some of their children.
